Viet Nam: Individual Evaluator or Consultant Team – Ethnic Minority Women’s Empowerment Project (EMWE)

CARE is a leading international humanitarian aid organisation fighting global poverty, with a special focus on working with women and girls to bring lasting change to their communities.

CARE International in Vietnam is looking for an external evaluator (individual or evaluation team). The main purpose of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the EMWE project. It will generate lessons learnt and recommendations for future projects targeting EM women, and programming under CARE’s REMWE program more broadly. The primary audience will be CARE staff (in Vietnam and Australia), the donor, and project partners.
